Dr Sorensen and his crew are amazing. I saw two new docs the last two visits and they were wonderful as well. They don't over test or over prescribe because they do what's best for your pet. They have been carin lg for our pets starting with my great Dane 10+ years ago all the way thru today with our golden doodle. We drive there from the Northshore in Chicago and it is worth the trip. We also exclusively board here. Can't say enough good things about this place.

1st off, 10 out of 5 stars all day!! The people working and operating this animal hospital, are truly saints, and absolutely 1 of a kind, when it comes to animal care, and pet owner empathy! My wife and I have been to the majority of the animal care clinics in Northwest Indiana, and the New Buffalo Animal Hospital, is by far the best of them all! The staff were very attentive, and very gentle with our cat, Midnight. They were very thorough with her check up, and they even worked with us on the total cost of the care they provided her, given that we had just depleted our entire savings, dealing with a family emergency, just days prior to our furbaby becoming ill. You can tell that the staff doesn't really "work" there, because they love what they do, and if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life! And they truly care for the animals they deal with on a daily basis! I couldn't possibly give them higher praises! They have to be the best vet within a 100 mile radius, maybe further! I recommend that anyone looking to make donations to any veterinarian offices, choose this location for your gifts. I wish all the staff, and the company itself, all the blessings in the world, and would love to see them continue to thrive and grow! Thank you guys so much for helping our furbaby! We're beyond grateful!
